Overtime Rate (5:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) 1 ½ Times Rate
Sunday and Holiday Rate 2 Times Rate
On-Site One hour Minimum
Telephone Support ¼ hour Minimum
Travel Charge ¼ hour Minimum

Participation in the Retainer Program requires a $3,000.00 investment, respectively, entitling our client to priority response services and a discount on services.

The support retainer provides the following services:
· Priority response
· On-site service
· Telephone support
· One hour critical callback
· Remote support

Basic LAN Services (BL):

Workstations (Software, Printer, Hardware installation and Troubleshooting.) - Printers (Paper jams, Connectivity) - Cabling - Equipment moved - End User Training

Advanced LAN Services (AL):

Servers (Software, Printer, Hardware, Networking installation and Troubleshooting.) – BackOffice products – Citrix products – Backups –Basic Networking - Remote connectivity – Basic Firewall issues – Basic Consulting.

Advanced Design, Routing, WAN (ADRW):

Network Design - Project Management - Advanced Router Configuration and Troubleshooting - Advanced Firewall Configuration and Troubleshooting – Wide Area Networking - VOIP - Wireless Networking
